The applicant may provide a copy of any of the following as address proof:

- Gas bill
- Landline telephone bill
- The relationship between the patient and the donor is clearly stated
- It should also be mentioned that he/she is making the donation by his/her free will and not under any pressure or commercial considerations.

Online Application of Indian Medical Visa from Pakistan
- After you visit Indian Visa Online, click on Regular Visa Application.
- Enter the necessary details: your country, high commission, date of birth, nationality, e-mail id, expected date of arrival in India and visa type.
- Enter the access code and click Continue.
- There are three pages in the online form. Each page of the form is to be filled with the correct details. After you finish filling up each page click Save and Continue at the bottom.
- Provide details about your family address and your profession or occupation.
- Enter your medical visa application details regarding the hospital in your country and the concerned hospital in India, duration of treatment, no. of entries, purpose of visit, expected date of journey, expected time of arrival and departure, other information, details about SAARC country visit and reference.
- In case you do not have a reference in India while travelling to India with Vaidam’s assistance, then you can provide Vaidam’s office address and contact number of patient relations as mentioned here.
- Click on Upload Photo to upload your recent picture in the online application form.
- Go through the details displayed as a preview thoroughly after you have clicked Save and Continue on the third page. In case of any mistake click on Modify/Edit.
- Click on Verified and Continue if all the data entered by you are correct.
- Go through the set of instructions that appear on the new window and press OK for final registration. To modify details click Cancel.
- Select the appointment date for submission of your visa application displayed on the new window after you have clicked OK. Thereafter, click on Confirm the Appointment.
- Now, there will be two options to Print or to Save. Please Save the application before you print. You may lose it by printing it first.
- After you have saved the application, click on Print Registered Application and get the hardcopy of the form.
- If you haven’t uploaded your picture in the online application form, then paste it in the photo box on the first page. The photograph should be exactly the same size as the box (2inch X 2inch).
- Put your signature on the rectangular box just below the photo box. Do the same in the box at the bottom of the second page.
- Finally, submit the application form along with the required documents at the Visa Application Centers on the appointed date, mentioned at the right margin of the application, during the working hours.
Indian Medical Visa Processing Fee

Indian Medical Visa Processing Time
Indian medical visa is processed within 35 days from the day of its submission in Pakistan.
In case of Emergency Medical Visa
Emergency medical visa applied in Pakistan is processed and delivered on the same day if:
- The High Commission is satisfied with the urgency for the requirement of the medical visa.
- If the medical visa application is submitted before 1300hrs.
